Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-21. By submitting a listing or paying a bid, you agree to these terms and the Rules.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You may list only an OnlyFans page you own or are authorized to promote. Every person depicted on the linked page must be a consenting adult.

Bids, ranking, and payment

Bids start at $1 and use whole US dollars. A bid purchases leaderboard placement, not traffic, subscribers, revenue, or a guaranteed duration. Higher confirmed bids rank first; older listings win equal-bid ties. Raising an existing listing requires at least $1 more and charges only the difference.

Stripe processes card payments. A listing changes rank only after a signed payment webhook is accepted. If another payment changes the selected position before confirmation, OnlyBid will automatically attempt to refund the stale payment. Other completed bids are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by OnlyBid.

Content and moderation

You are responsible for your listing and linked page. Prohibited content includes material involving minors, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual acts, impersonation, illegality, hate, malware, or deception. OnlyBid may reject, hide, or remove listings and suspend access to protect users or comply with law and payment-provider requirements.

Third-party services

OnlyBid is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnlyFans. Creator pages and Stripe Checkout are third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyBid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. OnlyBid’s aggregate liability relating to a bid will not exceed the amount you paid for that bid.
